nebula现在有两个大版本, 1.x的在 https://github.com/vesoft-inc/nebula 这个仓库, 2.x的在 https://github.com/vesoft-inc/nebula-graph 这个仓库(有点类似python2和python3的关系). 如果你想使用in语法和list/set/map, 你需要使用2.x版本.
