日志删除后不重新生成

docker启动，删除$HOME/nebula-docker-compose/logs/graph下的日志后，不重新生成日志，无法排错。

你需要重启服务，或者删除的时候，删除非当前持有的日志。

这个错误提示有点简单，我都不知道哪个，我有十几个tag，得一个一个看，也不知道哪个语句出错

不要删除 nebula-graphd/storaged/metad.INFO/WARN/ERROR 指向的日志就可以了
