nebula安装在win10中ubuntu子系统下，启动后查看状态提示Cannot open netlink socket: Protocol not supported
[INFO] nebula-metad: Running as 25437, Listening on 45500

启动脚本里面会使用 ss/netstat 命令检查端口状态。应该是ss命令在 WSL 里面无法正常工作。
目前没有wls环境。
